That depends on a few factors. Both group coaching and 1:1 coaching can be powerful catalysts for your business growth.

However, in order to figure out what's right for you it's important to ask yourself questions like:

What is my budget for coaching?
How much one-on-one time do I want?
Do I need a community?
How much accountability do I need to be successful?
Do I have a network of other entrepreneurs to lean on?

All of those questions can help you gauge whether or not group or individual coaching is right for you.

Each session is typically focused on taking the next steps to meet the goals you set at the beginning of our time together.

I will help you prioritize and strategize so that you know exactly what you need to do and when in order to meet those goals.

During each 1:1 coaching session we can focus on any of the following areas:

Brand strategy
Marketing advice
Copy creation
Pricing & Packages
Website layout and usability
Overall messaging framework
Any other client-directed area of need within the scope of branding, messaging, or marketing.

After the session you'll receive the session notes, action steps, and call recording so you know what to focus on in between calls.

Group coaching calls will consist of two areas of focus. Part one is training, and part two is laser coaching. Depending on the needs of the clients that particular week, the call will focus on one or both of those areas.

The teaching portion will be a combination of training on topics like:

Brand strategy
Marketing advice
Copy creation
Pricing & Packages
Website layout and usability
Overall messaging framework
Mindset

There will also be time for questions and laser coaching so that you can work through strategy or problem areas where you are getting stuck in your business.

Calls will be 60-minutes and questions are encouraged!

With group coaching you'll receive:

Weekly group coaching calls for the duration of your program
Call recordings
Access to all of my courses and trainings in my course library
Private community to ask questions and get support

And with individual coaching you will receive:

Bi-weekly 60-min 1:1 coaching calls
Any session notes or next steps & strategies discussed during that session
Telegram + email access in between sessions during office hours for the entirety of your mentorship
Access to the session recordings for future use
Access to all of my courses and trainings

With group coaching you have access to me during our calls as well as in our private community. I will be in there doing lives, answering questions, and offering support Monday-Friday during my office hours.

If you choose individual coaching you will have our private coaching sessions as well as Telegram and email access to me to during my office hours so that you can reach out whenever you need anything!

I offer complimentary 30-minute strategy sessions to all prospective clients so that we can get to know each other and see if we're a fit.

During this session I'll learn about your challenges, what you're struggling with in your marketing, and what kind of support you're looking for.

I'll also provide a brief audit of your online presence if you're interested. We'll review your current website or your social media and I'll give you feedback about how to improve your messaging, visuals and overall brand presence.

I love dogs. Actually, I take that back, I love all animals. One of the best things about my business is that I get to give back to causes I care about. And by causes, I really mean cause–singular.
